I haven't received my order-

You will receive an automated delivery of your digital goods, please make sure your email is not filtering my delivery. I have had a few misfortunes of customers thinking that I didn't communicate with them. I always send the product, and I always answer your questions. If you are still having a problem receiving the email, please us the Order Lookup System -http://payloadz.com/d1/lookup.asp- You'll need the email address that is linked to your Paypal and the Invoice ID-To obtain the Invoice ID from the PayPal web site, log into your PayPal account with the email from above and find the transaction you are looking up. Once you find the transaction, click on the "Details" link to view the transaction details. On that page, you will see the Invoice ID field that contains the value to be entered in the lookup form.
